✅ Online Orders – Dispatch Timing – Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next day.
✅ Rental Period – Items must be returned by 8:00 PM on the final rental day via in-person return or DHL courier (tracking required).
✅ Rental Fee & Deposit – Full payment is required at checkout. The refundable deposit will be returned within 5 business days if items are returned in acceptable condition.
✅ Booking Fee (if applicable) – A non-refundable booking fee applies to online orders with an in-person fitting; it will be credited toward the final rental fee.
✅ Condition & Inspection – Items are dry cleaned and quality-checked before rental. Renters must inspect and confirm item condition upon pickup or delivery. Any defects must be reported within 12 hours of receipt.
✅ Care & Usage – Items must be used as intended, handled with care, and not altered or repaired without approval.
✅ Returns – Items must be returned on time and in original condition, excluding normal wear. Late returns incur daily penalty fees.
✅ Damage or Loss – The renter assumes full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage. If required, the deposit may be used for repair/replacement, and additional costs must be paid within 30 days.
✅ Cancellation & Refunds –
• Full refund if canceled ≥7 days before rental start.
• 50% refund if canceled 2–7 days before rental start.
• No refund if canceled within 48 hours of rental start.
✅ Online Orders – Sizing Disclaimer – Size variations do not qualify for refunds. Renters should review size details carefully or visit the showroom for fittings.
✅ Privacy & Data Usage – Personal data is protected per Clarissima’s Privacy Policy and used only for transaction purposes.
✅ Indemnity & Liability – The renter agrees to hold Clarissima harmless for any claims arising from the use or possession of rented items.
